Quanzhou Jinggong Machinery recently hosted a delegation of senior leaders and technical experts from the domestic mining industry. Both parties held a special symposium inside JINGGONG headquarters to share insights on the development trend of mining machinery and exchange practical operation experience of open-pit mining equipment. This visit builds a solid communication bridge between JINGGONG and mining industry practitioners. Our core management, R&D engineers and technical service team attended the meeting.

At the roundtable discussion, industry experts introduced the current requirements of local quarry and mining projects for construction machinery, including equipment safety specifications, energy-saving performance, emission standards and adaptability to rugged mountain working sites. They also shared many real pain points accumulated from years of site operation, such as frequent heavy-load impact, dust corrosion and long-hour continuous operation. JINGGONG’s R&D team presented our newly upgraded mining excavator portfolio, elaborating on thickened boom & arm structure, heavy-load hydraulic system, anti-wear chassis and intelligent fault diagnosis system designed specially for mining scenarios. We also displayed test data of our machines running under quarry conditions.

The guests raised targeted questions about long-time continuous operation reliability, spare parts stocking cycle, field after-sales response mechanism and customized modification schemes. Our engineers responded item by item with test data and real project cases. The delegation spoke highly of JINGGONG’s persistent investment in mining machinery R&D and our customer-centric product iteration logic.
